Instead of taking weeks or months, our Made to Order sofas are delivered to you in just 14 days. Our Made to Order service allows you to pick any one of our bestselling sofa or bed designs and personalise them with one of 30+ fabric options. There are a few postcodes where delivery may take a little longer. But, you’ll never have to wait more than 7 working days* for your sofa to arrive safe and sound.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is free and takes 14 days from the point of dispatch*

International / Europe Sofa Delivery

Right now, we only ship our sofas to the UK. We don’t currently offer shipping to European countries or any international shipping either. But, this is something we’re looking to roll out in the future.

Boxes

Depending on the sofa you have purchased, it may come in a series of boxes but don’t worry because each box will be lift-able (yes, that’s a word) by one person. You don’t have to be a superhero AND you will be able to get each box up the stairs, down winding corridors and through narrow doorways until it reaches its final destination. If you’re looking to return your sofa or bed, please keep hold of the boxes as a charge applies for collections without.

Sofa

While we pride ourselves on everyone loving our products, we understand from time to time that perhaps the colour or the style just isn’t for you, which is why we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you find that your purchase isn’t quite what you were looking for, as long as you’re within 100 days ordering, we can accept the return. If you’ve also kept the boxes it came in, there’ll be no charge, but if you’ve thrown them away then there’ll be a repacking charge of £150 (unless you have ordered our assembly service and we've removed the packaging for you).

We also offer a 15-year frame warranty and a 2-year fabric warranty in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. To add extra protection against accidental damage, we offer optional Guardsman insurance cover at the checkout. Take a look at our refund policy for more information.

Much like our deliveries, returns are also quick and easy to do. Simply contact us on 0203 488 4726 or email support@swyfthome.com and we’ll log your return request, then collect the item as soon as possible.

Old Sofa Removal

Looking for a way to get rid of your old sofa? Exclusively for Swyft customers, we’ve partnered with both Clearabee and Panther to provide an affordable and environmentally-friendly sofa removal service so you can dispose of your old sofa easily and sustainably.

All you need to do is book the collection and choose which items you’d like to dispose of. Then, make sure the items are grouped together to make it easy for Clearabee or Panther to collect. The items can be left indoors if you will be present for the collection, but, we recommend leaving them outside if possible so the team can collect them quickly and easily without disturbing you.

With prices ranging from £18-£48, this is an extremely affordable service that not only helps you but helps the planet too. Speak to our team to book a collection.

Certified Refurbished 

All of our refurbished products have been returned by customers. 

The majority of our customers buy online, so haven’t seen the item before purchase. Just like the fashion industry, we have a collection of products returned each week. 

All items are refurbished to a good as new condition; they are cleaned, steamed, brushed, damaged parts replaced, and repackaged into new boxes. They also still come with a 15-year frame guarantee. 

Certified Refurbished products have a 15-day returns period, and there is a £45 returns processing fee. If you have thrown away the packaging then there’ll be a repacking charge of £150 on top of the returns processing fee.
